Objective: To evaluate the safety and feasibility of performing two synchronous intestinal anastomoses without diverting intestinal stomata for different pathologies in a single surgical procedure. Methods: Retrospective case series of patients aged 18 years and older seen in the Coloproctology Department of the Central Military Hospital who underwent two simultaneous intestinal resections and double anastomoses without diverting intestinal stomata between 2018 and 2024. A descriptive analysis was performed, stratified by demographic and surgical variables of interest. Results: Case series comprised 11 patients, in whom the complication rate was 27.3%. This rate tended to be higher in women, patients under 60 years of age, and those who underwent open surgery. There was no mortality at 30 days postoperatively. Conclusions: Performing multiple bowel resections with double anastomosis without diverting stoma is a safe and feasible treatment option in carefully selected patients and under specific conditions that guarantee the best possible results.
